This was a really last minute cake for a man celebrating his 48th birthday. It was a devil's food cake with bavarian cream. The Tecate Beer Logo is the eagle and I replicated using a buttercream transfer technique. I flip the image then layer it with buttercream, freeze it. When it's completely frozen after about two hours I flip it onto the cake. It's still time consuming but I like the results.Wednesday, October 27, 2010
